Rhea sawhorn began painting at the age of five and followed her grandmother's and father's following in their footsteps. Though she was a student of the arts of visual expression but she also developed an interest growing in movies and theatre and secretly was aspired to be an actor. Uncertain of the best way to pursue the profession, she was fortunate to find contemporary theatre while at college. There were acting classes provided. Although she was certain that this was the right path to pursue, she was not sure. In college, she was in the year her father passed away when he told her to pursue whatever she wanted to do in her life. Rhea took his advice and enrolled in acting classes.
